NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Barbara Jean Dunnihoo, deceased, that on the 6th day of July, 2026, the Petitioner, Gregory Alan Dunnihoo, produced and filed in the District Court of Ellis County, State of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Barbara Jean Dunnihoo, deceased, and also filed in said Court his Petition praying for the probate of said Will, and asking that Letters Testamentary issue thereon to Gregory Alan Dunnihoo, who is named in the Will as Personal Representative, for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees and legatees of the Decedent, and for a waiver of the Appraisal of the assets of the Estate.

PURSUANT TO AN ORDER OF SAID COURT, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday, the 27th day of July, 2026, at the hour of 1:30 o’clock p.m. has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition in the Courtroom of said Court in the Courthouse at Arnett, Oklahoma, in said County of Ellis, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same as provided by law.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant requests that the Oklahoma Corporation Commission issue an order vacating Order No. 187905, Order No. 229770, possibly an order in CD 101153 and the Prue, Skinner, Bartlesville and Red Fork drilling and spacing units and establish a 640 acre horizontal drilling and spacing unit for the Cherokee common source of supply underlying Section 23, Township 18 North, Range 21 West, Ellis, Oklahoma, with the unit being the governmental section, providing the proper well location as being anywhere within the unit but no closer than 660 feet to the unit boundary and possibly providing that this Order be made effective on a date prior to the signing thereof.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting the following special relief: Vacate Order No. 187905, Order No. 229770, possibly an order in CD 101153; Possibly make the Order effective on a date prior to the signing thereof.
IT IS ORDERED that this Cause be referred to an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence, and for reporting the findings and recommendations to the Commission.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this Cause is requesting that the Oklahoma Corporation Commission issue an Order and possibly providing that this Order be made effective as of the date of filing this application, granting an exception to OAC Rule 165:10-3-28(c)(2)(b), granting an exception under Order to issue in Cause CD No. 2026-002569, Order No. 754874, Order No. 754721 and Order No. 755049, permitting the drilling of a multi-unit horizontal well with penetrations to the Cherokee common source of supply, with no downward adjustment in allowable, at the following locations:

That by Order No. 754874, this Commission established a 640 acre horizontal drilling and spacing unit for the Cherokee common source of supply. That by Order No. 754721, this Commission established a 640 acre horizontal drilling and spacing unit for the Cherokee common source of supply. That by Order No. 755049, this Commission established a 640 acre horizontal drilling and spacing unit for the Cherokee common source of supply. That the permitted well location under these orders is anywhere within the unit, but no closer than 660 feet to the unit boundary.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Application in this cause states that there is currently pending before the Commission in Cause CD No. 2026-002570, an application requesting the Commission approve the multi-unit horizontal well proposed herein and to establish a proper allocation factor for allocating the cost of, production from and proceeds from such multi-unit horizontal well to each of the units affected thereby.

Granting such other and further relief as may be proper basis upon the evidence presented at the hearing herein.
