NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting the following special relief: To authorize the Applicant or some other party to drill said well, provide that the operator have one-year in which to commence operations and possibly make this Order effective on a date prior to the signing thereof.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this Cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Conservation Docket at the Corporation Commission, Eastern Regional Office, 201 W. 5th St, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74103, at 8:30 a.m., on the 3rd day of November, 2025, and that this Notice be published as required by law and by the Rules of the Commission. If the offices remain closed, the hearing will be conducted via telephone and/or video conference.
