To: All persons interested in the Estate of Delores M. Hamilton, Deceased.
You are hereby notified that on the 7th day of November 2025, the Petitioner, Cynthia Ohlde, by and through her attorney, Kyle D. Scruggs of Scruggs Law Firm, PLLC, filed its Petition for Summary Administration in the District Court of Ellis County.
Petitioner has alleged that Delores M. Hamilton, age 100, departed this life, testate, on or about January 16, 2025, at Community Memorial Healthcare in Marysville, Marshall County, Kansas, while a citizen and resident of Washington County, Kansas, at the time of her death. Moreover, Petitioner has alleged that Delores M. Hamilton left an estate in Ellis County, State of Oklahoma, consisting of real property, the probable value of which is less than $200,000.00. Accordingly, Petitioner has asked this Court for summary proceedings pursuant to 58 O.S. §245, et seq.

In an Order for Combined Notice and Appointment of Special Administrator entered on the 7th day of November, 2025, the Court found that it should dispense with regular estate proceedings prescribed by law, order notice to creditors and issue an order for hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration, the Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Devisees and Legatees and Distribution.
Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice and Appointment of Special Administrator, all creditors having claims against Delores M. Hamilton, deceased, are required to present the same with a description of all security interests and other collateral, if any, held by each creditors with respect to such claim to Cynthia Ohlde, Special Administrator, at Scruggs Law Firm, PLLC, 1629 NW 127th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73120, addressed to Kyle D. Scruggs, attorney for Special Administrator, on or before the following presentment date: the 9th day of December, 2025. If no claim is filed on or before the presentment date, such claim will be forever barred.
Notice is also hereby given that a hearing will be held on the 16th day of January, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in the District Courthouse of Ellis County in Arnett, Oklahoma. At the hearing, the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration, the Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Devisees and Legatees and Distribution.
You are hereby advised that you may file objections to the Petition for Summary Administration, the Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Devisees and Legatees and Distribution at any time before the final hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner in the care of her attorney, Kyle D. Scruggs of Scruggs Law Firm, PLLC, 1629 NW 127th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73120, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections. If you have no objections, you need not appear at the hearing or make any filings with the Court.
If an objection is filed before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the Estate will be distributed and to whom the Estate will be distributed.
