Feinberg died testate on February 14, 2010 in El Paso, Texas, at the age of 63, and that the total estimated value of the Decedent’s property in Oklahoma is less than $200,000. All persons interested in said estate are hereby advised that you must file objections to the Petition prior to the hearing and send a copy to the undersigned attorney or you will be deemed to have waived any objections.
