The Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees, Personal Representatives and Assigns of all listed Decedents and/or the Defendants herein: you are hereby notified that you have been sued wherein the Plaintiffs allege that they are the owners and in possession of the following described real property mineral interests located in Ellis County, Oklahoma, to-wit: Oil, gas, and other minerals in and under the following, to wit: NW/4 & N/2 SW/4 of Section 12-T19N-R26W and SW/4 of Section 13-T19N-R26W and NE/4 NE/4 of Section 11-T19N-R26W Conversely you may claim some right, title, interest, lien or estate in and to the above-described real properties that is adverse to the ownership claimed. You must answer the Petition of the Plaintiff on or before twenty (20) days of service therein or the same will be taken as true and confessed. You are hereby notified that the Petitioner, Paula Feinberg, has filed in the District Court of Ellis County a Petition for Summary Administration. Petitioner has alleged that Albert M. Feinberg died testate on February 14, 2010 in El Paso, Texas, at the age of 63, and that the total estimated value of the Decedent’s property in Oklahoma is less than $200,000. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the 27th day of January, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the courtroom of the undersigned Judge in the Ellis County Courthouse in Arnett, Oklahoma has been set for the hearing on the Petition, the final accounting, and the determination of heirs, devisees and legatees, and distribution. All persons interested in said estate are hereby advised that you must file objections to the Petition prior to the hearing and send a copy to the undersigned attorney or you will be deemed to have waived any objections. If an objection is filed prior to the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate, and, if so, whether the will on file herein shall be admitted to probate, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom to the estate will be distributed.
