YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Lacey Anderson a/k/a Lacey Lynn Staveley a/k/a Lacey Lynn Stavely of 1200 Fran St., Evansdale, IA 50707, Petitioner of the Estates of Ada Ione Larson a/k/a Ada L. Larson, Deceased, Dwight Larson, Deceased and Marvel L. Larson, Deceased, represented by Lacey L. Egbert and Myla C. Brown of Hartsfield & Egbert, PLLC, 764 N Santa Fe Ave, Edmond, OK 73003, has petitioned the Court for Summary Administration of the Estates.
Estate of Ada Ione Larson a/k/a Ada L. Larson
Petitioner alleges that Ada Ione Larson a/k/a Ada L. Larson (“Decedent Ada”) died intestate on April 7, 1973, at age 89, domiciled in Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. Petitioner alleges the total value of the Estate is less than $200,000.00. Petitioner further alleges that the names, ages, and last known addresses of the administrators, executors, non-petitioning co-nominees, heirs, legatees, and devisees of Decedent Ada, so far as known to the Petitioner, are as follows:

Estate of Dwight Larson
Petitioner alleges that Dwight Larson (“Decedent Dwight”) died intestate on January 26th, 2004, at age 84, domiciled in Dysart, Tama County, Iowa. Petitioner alleges the total value of the Estate is less than $200,000.00. Petitioner further alleges that the names, ages, and last known addresses of the administrators, executors, non-petitioning co-nominees, heirs, legatees, and devisees of Decedent Dwight, so far as known to the Petitioner, are as follows:

Estate of Marvel L. Larson
Petitioner alleges that Marvel L. Larson (“Decedent Marvel”) died intestate on December 29th, 2007, at age 87, domiciled in Dysart, Tama County, Iowa. Petitioner alleges the total value of the Estate is less than $200,000.00. Petitioner further alleges that the names, ages, and last known addresses of the administrators, executors, non-petitioning co-nominees, heirs, legatees, and devisees of Decedent Marvel, so far as known to the Petitioner, are as follows:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Hearing will be held on the 10th day of February, 2026 at 10:00 o’clock A.M. at the District Courthouse in Ellis County, in Arnett, Oklahoma, before the Judge of the District Court. At the hearing, the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration and the Petition for Approval of the Final Account and for Determination of Heirs, Legatees and Devisees, and Distribution (collectively “Petitions”). The Petition for Approval of the Final Account and Determination of Heirs, Legatees and Devisees, and Distribution will be filed herein on the or before the 21st day of January, 2026.
Persons receiving this Notice must file any objections they have to the Petitions at any time before the Hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner in care of her attorney or you will be deemed to have waived any objections to the Petitions. If an objection is filed before the hearing, the Court will determine at the Hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the Estate will be distributed. Claims of creditors will be forever barred unless the claim is presented to Lacey L. Egbert, attorney for Petitioner, at the law offices of Hartsfield & Egbert, 764 N Santa Fe Ave, Edmond, OK 73003, no more than thirty (30) days following the granting of the order admitting the petition and combined notice.

The Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees, Personal Representatives and Assigns of all listed Decedents and/or the Defendants herein: YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that you have been sued wherein the Plaintiffs allege that they are the owners and in possession of the following described real property mineral interests located in Ellis County, Oklahoma, to-wit: Oil, gas, and other minerals in and under the following, to wit: NE/4 of Section 28-T18N-R25W Conversely you may claim some right, title, interest, lien or estate in and to the above-described real properties that is adverse to the ownership claimed.
You must answer the Petition of the Plaintiff on or before twenty (20) days of service therein or the same will be taken as true and confessed. If you fail to respond in any fashion, it will be adjudged that you have no right, title, interest, lien, or estate in and to the above-described real properties, and that title and possession of the Plaintiff in and to said real estate will be quieted and confirmed in the Plaintiff as against you.
