NOTICE OF FILING FOR ELLIS COUNTY FAIR BOARD
Notice is hereby given that the Election of Directors of the Ellis County Fair Board shall be held on January 26, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. during the Commissioner’s meeting at the Ellis County Courthouse.
The filing period for said elections shall be held on January 16, 20, 21, 22, and 23, 2026 each day from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Only registered voters of the County are eligible to file as a candidate.
Any person so filing must reside in the Commissioner’s District or City they seek to represent.
Those persons wishing to file, shall file on the prescribed form, which may be obtained from the office Of the County Clerk during the hours of 8:30 a.m. till 4:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday Except for Holidays

Petitioner alleges that Ada Ione Larson a/k/a Ada L. Larson (“Decedent Ada”) died intestate on April 7, 1973, at age 89, domiciled in Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. Petitioner alleges the total value of the Estate is less than $200,000.00. Petitioner further alleges that the names, ages, and last known addresses of the administrators, executors, non-petitioning co-nominees, heirs, legatees, and devisees of Decedent Ada, so far as known to the Petitioner, are as follows:

Petitioner alleges that Dwight Larson (“Decedent Dwight”) died intestate on January 26th, 2004, at age 84, domiciled in Dysart, Tama County, Iowa. Petitioner alleges the total value of the Estate is less than $200,000.00. Petitioner further alleges that the names, ages, and last known addresses of the administrators, executors, non-petitioning co-nominees, heirs, legatees, and devisees of Decedent Dwight, so far as known to the Petitioner, are as follows:

Estate of Marvel L. Larson
Petitioner alleges that Marvel L. Larson (“Decedent Marvel”) died intestate on December 29th, 2007, at age 87, domiciled in Dysart, Tama County, Iowa. Petitioner alleges the total value of the Estate is less than $200,000.00. Petitioner further alleges that the names, ages, and last known addresses of the administrators, executors, non-petitioning co-nominees, heirs, legatees, and devisees of Decedent Marvel, so far as known to the Petitioner, are as follows:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Hearing will be held on the 10th day of February, 2026 at 10:00 o’clock A.M. at the District Courthouse in Ellis County, in Arnett, Oklahoma, before the Judge of the District Court. At the hearing, the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration and the Petition for Approval of the Final Account and for Determination of Heirs, Legatees and Devisees, and Distribution (collectively “Petitions”). The Petition for Approval of the Final Account and Determination of Heirs, Legatees and Devisees, and Distribution will be filed herein on the or before the 21st day of January, 2026.
Persons receiving this Notice must file any objections they have to the Petitions at any time before the Hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner in care of her attorney or you will be deemed to have waived any objections to the Petitions. If an objection is filed before the hearing, the Court will determine at the Hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the Estate will be distributed. Claims of creditors will be forever barred unless the claim is presented to Lacey L. Egbert, attorney for Petitioner, at the law offices of Hartsfield & Egbert, 764 N Santa Fe Ave, Edmond, OK 73003, no more than thirty (30) days following the granting of the order admitting the petition and combined notice.
