You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed alleging that you are an incapacitated person and are incapable of caring for yourself and/or managing your property. The petition requests that a guardian be appointed by the court to make decisions for you regarding yourself and your property. A copy of the petition is attached.
The hearing on the petition will be held on the 29th day of April, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. at the District Courtroom, Ellis County Courthouse, Arnett, Oklahoma. At the hearing a guardian may be appointed for your person and property. The judge will explain to you the nature, purpose and effect of the proceedings.
You have the right to attend the hearing. You may confront and cross-examine all witnesses and present your own witnesses. You have the right to request that your hearing be closed to the public. You may request that an expert be appointed to examine you and if the judge believes that an examination is necessary, the judge will order an evaluation to be done.
You have the right to hire an attorney of your choice to represent you. If you do not have an attorney and you wish to be represented by an attorney at the hearing, the court will appoint one for you. You may request the appointment of an attorney orally or in writing prior to the hearing or at the hearing. If you are able, you will be required to pay the cost of an attorney appointed by the court.

Form 302 “Bid on County Property”, from the County Treasurer, as Dorothy Coffee is wanting to purchase property the County acquired at Tax Resale for “Lot 7 Blk 4 Original Town of Gage, Oklahoma, being situated in and a part of the SE/4 SW4 & the SW/4 SE/4 of Section 3 in township 21 North, Range 24 West of Indian Meridian, in Ellis County, Oklahoma. After review, Petree moved to accept the “Bid on County Property” Bid of $500.00 plus advertising cost and to publish Notice of Sale for three (3) weeks preceding the Sale on April 17, 2026 in the Ellis County Treasurer’s Office at 10:00 a.m., seconded by File, voting aye, Suthers, Petree, and File. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant requests the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma to enter and Order approving a multiunit horizontal well for the Cherokee common source of supply under the above-described units, so as to allow such multiunit horizontal well to be drilled as described in paragraph 2.5 in the Application on file herein, and to be completed in and to produce from the above-named separate common sources of supply, and establishing a proper allocation factor for allocating the costs of and the production and proceeds from such multiunit horizontal well to each of the affected units.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the application in this cause requests that the order entered in this matter be made effective as of the date of the execution thereof or a date prior thereto.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be referred to an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Corporation Commission.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Merits Docket at 8:30 a.m., on the 5th day of May 2026 at the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building, 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105., and that this notice will be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission.
Due to renovation work at the Jim Thorpe Office Building, the Commission’s Oklahoma City Office is relocating to the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building at 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105.
