To: All persons interested in the Estate of W.E. Bristol, Deceased
You are hereby notified that on April 8th, 2026, the Petitioner, Megan Lucas, c/o Tyler R. Barrett, Barrett Legacy Estate Solutions, 131 E. Main St., Ste. 220, Norman, OK 73069, Attorney for the Petitioner, filed in the District Court of Ellis County a Petition for Summary Administration Pursuant to 58 O.S. § 245, for Appointment of Special Administrator, and Admission of Will to Probate.
The Petitioner has alleged that W.E. Bristol, one and the same person as William E. Bristol, died testate on July 18, 1962, a resident of Wichita County, Texas. Attached to the Petition are instruments purporting to be the Last Will and Testaments of said Decedent. Petitioner has asked this Court to admit the Will to probate and for other summary proceedings pursuant to 58 O.S. § 245, et seq.
The names and addresses of the heirs and devisees of the Estate are as follows:

In an Order for Combined Notice and Order Appointing Special Administrator entered on April 8th, 2026, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order notice to creditors and issue an order for hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration and Admission of Will to Probate, the final accounting, and petition for determination of heirs, devisees, and legatees and distribution.
Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice and Order Appointing Special Administrator, all creditors having claims against the Decedent are required to present the same with a description of all security interests and other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to Megan Lucas, Special Administrator, at the law offices of Barrett Legacy Estate Solutions, 131 E. Main St., Ste. 220, Norman, OK 73069, Attorney for the Special Administrator, on or before the following presentment date: May 26, 2026, or the same will be forever barred.
Notice is also hereby given that a hearing will be held on the 24th day of June, 2026, at 10:00 am in the District Courtroom of the undersigned Judge at the Ellis County Courthouse, 100 S. Washington St., Arnett, OK 73832. At the hearing, the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration and Admission of Will to Probate and the final account and petition for determination of heirs, devisees, and legatees and distribution of the Petitioner.
You are hereby advised that you may filed objections to the Petition for Summary Administration and Admission of Will to Probate and the final account and petition for determination of heirs, devisees, and legatees and distribution at any time before the hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner in care of her attorney, Tyler R. Barrett, 131 E. Main St., Ste. 220, Norman, OK 73069, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections. If you have no objections, you need not appear at the hearing or make any filings with the Court.
If an objection is filed before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether the Will attached to the Petition shall be admitted to probate and whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the Estate will be distributed and to whom the Estate will be distributed.

If you have no objections, you need not appear at the hearing or make any filings with the Court.
If an objection is filed before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether the Will attached to the Petition shall be admitted to probate and whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the Estate will be distributed and to whom the Estate will be distributed.
