NOTICE OF FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicants, Rockies Resources Holdings LLC, have filed an application in this cause requesting the Corporation Commission to enter an order, to be effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto, as follows: (i) amending Order No. 483925 to delete said Section 14, Township 16 North, Range 23 West of the IM, Ellis and Roger Mills Counties, Oklahoma, from the purview of the Skinner common source of supply and to vacate the 640-acre drilling and spacing unit previously formed by such order for common source of supply in such lands; (ii) amending Order No. 122779 to delete said Section 14, Township 16 North, Range 23 West of the IM, Ellis and Roger Mills Counties, Oklahoma, from the purview of the Red Fork Sand common source of supply and to vacate the 640-acre drilling and spacing unit previously formed by such order for common source of supply in such lands; (iii) amending Order No. 238078 to delete said Section 23, Township 16 North, Range 23 West of the IM, Ellis and Roger Mills Counties, Oklahoma, from the purview of the Des Moines common source of supply and to vacate the 640-acre drilling and spacing unit previously formed by such order for common source of supply in such lands; (iv) establishing a 1,280-acre horizontal well drilling and spacing unit for the Cherokee common source of supply underlying Sections 14 and 23, Township 16 North, Range 23 West of the IM, Ellis and Roger Mills Counties, Oklahoma.
