Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Kathryn Leloy Banks (the “Estate”) that on October 17, 2025, Randa G. Milljour, Personal Representative of the Estate, filed her First and Final Account, Petition for Determination of Heirs, Devisees and Legatees and Distribution (the “Final Account”). Pursuant to an Order of said Court, the Final Account will be heard on December 9, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Ellis County Courthouse, Arnett, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
