NOTICE OF FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicants, Rockies Resources Holdings LLC, have filed an application in this cause requesting the Corporation Commission to enter an order, to be effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto, as follows: (i) amending Order No. 122779 to delete said Sections 3 and 10, Township 16 North, Range 23 West of the IM, Ellis County, Oklahoma, from the purview of the Red Fork Sand common source of supply and to vacate the 640-acre drilling and spacing units previously formed by such order for common source of supply in such lands; (ii) establishing a 1,280-acre horizontal well drilling and spacing unit for the Cherokee common source of supply underlying Sections 3 and 10, Township 16 North, Range 23 West of the IM, Ellis County, Oklahoma. Sections 3 and 10 shall comprise one 1280-acre horizontal well drilling and spacing unit and the perforated interval of the horizontal wellbore shall be located no closer than 660 feet from the horizontal well unit boundary for the Cherokee common source of supply; and (iii) granting such other further relief as may be proper based upon the evidence presented at the hearing herein.

Notice is hereby given that the Election of Directors of the Ellis County Fair Board shall be held on January 26, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. during the Commissioner’s meeting at the Ellis County Courthouse.
The filing period for said elections shall be held on January 16, 20, 21, 22, and 23, 2026 each day from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Only registered voters of the County are eligible to file as a candidate.
Any person so filing must reside in the Commissioner’s District or City they seek to represent.
Those persons wishing to file, shall file on the prescribed form, which may be obtained from the office Of the County Clerk during the hours of 8:30 a.m. till 4:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday Except for Holidays

Petree moved to approve and sign Payroll to pay Stipends for Sheriff Office Employees from the 2024 Sheriff’s Office Funding Assistance Grant, seconded by Suthers, voting aye, Suthers, Petree, and File. The Board took action to re-organize the Board for the 2026 Year. Petree moved to retain Blake Suthers as Chairman and Chad Petree as Vice Chairman for the 2026 Year, seconded by Suthers, voting aye, Suthers, Petree, and File. New Business: None.
