NOTICE OF HEARING
THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas, and all other interested parties in Ellis County, Oklahoma, particularly: Spess Oil Company, Inc.
If any named person is deceased, then the known or unknown heirs, executors, administrators, trustees, devisees, and assigns, immediate and remote of such decedent, are made respondents to this Notice. If any named respondent is a corporation which does not continue to have legal existence, then the known or unknown successors, trustees or assigns, if any of such entity, are made respondents to this Notice.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting that the Commission pool as a unit and adjudicate the rights and equities of all oil and gas owners, pursuant to Title 52 O.S. §87.1, in the Cherokee common source of supply underlying Section 22, Township 19 North, Range 21 West, Ellis County, Oklahoma, to designate the Applicant or some other party as operator and grant said operator one-year in which to commence operations.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting the following special relief: To authorize the Applicant or some other party to drill said well, provide that the operator have one-year in which to commence operations and possibly make this Order effective on a date prior to the signing thereof.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this Cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Conservation Docket at the Corporation Commission, Eastern Regional Office, 201 W. 5th St, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74103, at 8:30 a.m., on the 13th day of April, 2026, and that this Notice be published as required by law and by the Rules of the Commission. If the offices remain closed, the hearing will be conducted via telephone and/or video conference.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone. The cost of the telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use. Interested parties who wish to participate by telephone shall contact the Applicant or Applicant’s attorney prior to the hearing date and provide their name and phone number.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any party objecting to the place of hearing should file their objection with the Court Clerk not less than five (5) days before the initial scheduled hearing. Failure to make a timely objection to the location of the hearing may be deemed by the Commission as a waiver to the place of hearing or venue.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any interested persons may participate in the hearing by telephone. Instructions for participation and teleconference/video numbers will be posted on the Commission’s webpage, https://oklahoma.gov/occ.html, and sent out via the Commission’s GovDelivery service.

NOTICE OF SALE OF BONDS
In accordance with 62 O.S. 2021, § 354, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Independent School District Number 42 of Ellis County, Oklahoma, will receive bids by: sealed bid, facsimile bid, electronic (Parity®) bid or similar secure electronic bid on the 14th day of April, 2026, at 11:30 o’clock a.m., at the Board of Education Room, High School Building, Shattuck Public Schools, 602 South Hickory, Shattuck, Oklahoma, for the sale of $1,365,000 of General Obligation Combined Purpose Bonds of said School District, which Bonds will mature $1,365,000 annually in two (2) years from their date. The bids will be opened and read and shall be awarded at the first Board of Education meeting held after the bids are due.
Said Bonds shall be sold to the bidder bidding the lowest rate of interest the Bonds shall bear and agreeing to pay par and accrued interest for the Bonds. Each bidder shall submit with his bid a sum in cash, cashier’s or certified check, electronic (wire) transfer or surety bond payable to the Treasurer of the District, equal to two (2%) percent of the amount of his bid. The Board reserves the right to reject all bids.
