PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that WILLIAM TODD SEYMOUR has filed in the District Court of Ellis County, State of Oklahoma, a Petition for Summary Administration of the Estate of PAUL A. SEYMOUR, deceased, requesting that the Court determine the heirs of the decedent, distribute the estate, and discharge the personal representative. Pursuant to 58 Okla. Stat. §246, you are further notified of the following:
1. Decedent PAUL A. SEYMOUR, JR., died on January 21, 2019, at 95 years of age. At the time of his death, Decedent resided in Sedgwick County, Kansas, and owned interests in real property in Ellis County, Oklahoma.
2. Petitioner WILLIAM TODD SEYMOUR resides 153 South Heritage Way in Andover, Kansas.
3. Decedent had a last will and testament executed on December 9, 1998, in Sedgwick County, Kansas. The will was not offered for or admitted to probate in any of the United States and, therefore, cannot be allowed or recorded in this court pursuant to 58 Okla. Stat. §51.

The probable value and character of the property of the estate and the legal description of all real property owned by the decedent in Oklahoma consists of oil, gas, and other minerals, royalty interests, leasehold interests, overriding royalty interests, and working interests pertaining to the lands, together with all rights incident thereto in the following:
