NOTICE OF FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicants, Rockies Resources Holdings LLC, have filed an application in this cause requesting the Corporation Commission to enter an order, to be effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto, as follows: (i) amending Order No. 483925 to delete said Section 14, Township 16 North, Range 23 West of the IM, Ellis and Roger Mills Counties, Oklahoma, from the purview of the Skinner common source of supply and to vacate the 640-acre drilling and spacing unit previously formed by such order for common source of supply in such lands; (ii) amending Order No. 122779 to delete said Section 14, Township 16 North, Range 23 West of the IM, Ellis and Roger Mills Counties, Oklahoma, from the purview of the Red Fork Sand common source of supply and to vacate the 640-acre drilling and spacing unit previously formed by such order for common source of supply in such lands; (iii) amending Order No. 238078 to delete said Section 23, Township 16 North, Range 23 West of the IM, Ellis and Roger Mills Counties, Oklahoma, from the purview of the Des Moines common source of supply and to vacate the 640-acre drilling and spacing unit previously formed by such order for common source of supply in such lands; (iv) establishing a 1,280-acre horizontal well drilling and spacing unit for the Cherokee, Big Lime and Oswego separate common sources of supply underlying Sections 14 and 23, Township 16 North, Range 23 West of the IM, Ellis and Roger Mills Counties, Oklahoma. Sections 14 and 23 shall comprise one 1280-acre horizontal well drilling and spacing unit and the perforated interval of the horizontal wellbore shall be located no closer than 660 feet from the horizontal well unit boundary for the Cherokee common source of supply; and (v) granting such other further relief as may be proper based upon the evidence presented at the hearing herein.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be referred to an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Corporation Commission.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Merits Docket at 8:30 a.m., on the 30th day of June 2026 at the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building, 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105., and that this notice will be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission.
Due to renovation work at the Jim Thorpe Office Building, the Commission’s Oklahoma City Office is relocating to the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building at 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105.
